The Role of Fostering Agencies: How Three Circles Fostering Supports Children and Carers
At Three Circles Fostering, fostering is more than just a service—it’s a family. From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll notice something different. Our offices are filled with family photographs, and there’s a genuine homely feel that speaks to who we are: a community that wraps around every child and carer with warmth, respect, and unwavering support.
We’re proud to call every carer part of one wider family. Whether you’re a foster carer, social worker, administrator, teacher, manager or director—you are equally valued and vital in the shared mission of transforming young lives.
Putting Children First, Always
Our services are built around a simple, powerful principle: the best interests of the child must always come first. Unlike some fostering agencies that focus on numbers, we make decisions based on care—not commercial gain. We believe that fostering can only succeed when everyone involved feels supported, understood, and cared for.
That’s why we invest deeply in relationships—with the children we serve, the carers who nurture them, and the professionals who make it all happen. This is a place where your voice matters and your well-being is a priority.
Thinking of Transferring Agencies?
We understand that some foster carers may feel unappreciated or unsupported in their current agency. If that’s your experience, we’d love to have a no-pressure, no-obligation conversation with you. We don’t believe in recruiting carers with financial incentives; if you’re happy where you are, we encourage you to stay. But if you’re feeling undervalued, we’re here to explore whether Three Circles might be a better fit.

Support That Makes a Difference
Fostering can be challenging, but you're never alone. Each carer is assigned a supervising social worker, and we offer extensive training and support from day one. We don’t stop at the basics—our ongoing courses cover everything from trauma-informed care to advanced safeguarding, helping you grow in confidence and capability.
Fair Pay, Transparent Practices
We believe in fairness and transparency when it comes to fostering fees. At Three Circles, we ensure our carers are paid generously for the incredible work they do—reflecting both the costs involved and the immense value of their commitment. Sadly, many who transfer to us discover they were previously underpaid. If you want to talk more about what fair pay looks like, we’re always happy to chat.
What You Need to Foster
Foster carers come from all walks of life, and we welcome people with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. But there are a few key requirements:
Be at least 25 years old
Have a spare bedroom
Be a full-time UK resident (or have leave to remain)
Be able to provide full-time care and attention to a child
If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. Becoming a foster carer could be the most rewarding thing you ever do.
