Can I be too old to foster?

What are the age restrictions to becoming a foster carer?

There is no upper age limit to fostering. Some people foster well into their 70’s. You must be at least 21 years - old (although by law you can apply to foster from the age of 18). If you are unsure about whether you are the right age for fostering, give us a call to discuss.
