Music in Hospitals - lovely feedback!
Hi, as a lot of you already know, we support charities and community groups, with significant charitable donations. These donations are made unconditionally, and do not promote our own commercial interests.
One of the charities we support is Music in Hospitals. Their mission is to improve the quality of life for adults and children with all kinds of illness and disability through the joy and therapeutic benefits of professionally performed live music in hospitals, hospices, day care centres, special school, nursing and residential homes.
We have recently been sent some feedback from a few of their recent performances and we wanted to share them with you:
“Fantastic, engaging, entertaining, fun and upbeat! We would have loved more as our students had the best time!”
“Very professional throughout the concert, recognised the needs of the children requiring a more gentle start to the concert. Lots of variety of songs. The children within the audience were unable to verbally communicate but through smiles and happy facial expressions it was clear to see that the children enjoyed the concert immensely and the feedback from staff was also very positive. I’d like to say a massive “Thank-You” to the funder of our Cheeky Charlies concert today, the children, families and staff (!) had a fabulous morning singing and dancing”
“The staff at the memory service are extremely grateful to the funder for enabling us to share such a lovely experience with our service users and their families. Their feedback is always excellent. Thank you very much!”
“I just wanted to take the time to send an email expressing our biggest THANK YOU to both yourself for arranging and the Cheeky Charlies for performing what we could only call the best day. Acorn, Oak, Heys court & sycamore - community patients all have expressed how much fun they had and really enjoyed each of the x3 concerts performed. It’s made everyone staff/patients feel very festive which is a lovely boost. Thank you all again and hope you have a very Merry Christmas and happy, healthy new year J”
