aspirations and achievements
DREAMS AND ASPIRATIONS ARE HUGELY IMPORTANT TO US AT THREE CIRCLES FOSTERING
The aspirations young people have for their futures are an important influence on the direction their life actually takes. At Three Circles Fostering we love hearing about the aspirations and achievements of the young people in our care and we work to support them in any way we can.
“I want to be in the fire brigade or become a builder”
We regularly consult with the young people on their aspirations and have a number of avenues through which we help to raise aspirations and achievements.
“I want to work in the music industry”
How do we raise aspirations and achievements
All consultations completed with the young people are shared with the local authority social worker, the supervising social worker, NT&AS and the youth and community engagement manager. These professionals then take this information and act on it where required. If we feel that a young person requires additional support in order to get back on track then we have a fantastic support worker team who are on hand to provide additional support and guidance to help young people to achieve their potential.
