Children | Education | life
Three Circles Fostering is an independent fostering agency in the North West and was established by individuals who have a wealth of professional experience in both social work and education.
We believe that every child should live in a nurturing and supportive family who will keep them safe and encourage them to realise their dreams.
New to foster care or thinking of transferring?
We offer extensive support and training for Three Circles foster carers and work in partnership with local authorities to provide family based placements for children and young people from a variety of backgrounds & cultures.

What makes us different
At Three Circles we believe that education is paramount and we will ensure that all young people achieve their full potential. To this end we have a close relationship with the who have vast experience working in this field. Every child/young person has support from NT&AS who will also provide advice and guidance for our foster carers. We believe that stability in education will help to create security in placement. What our young people and carers think...
Young people are at the centre of everything we do at Three Circles Fostering. We believe in inclusion in every sense of the word and pride ourselves in providing a family focused service. We consult regularly with the young people in Three Circles so we can continue to develop our service.
“I love their cooking and I have friends on the same street”
“I like living here it is a happy environment”
We are extremely proud to say we put young people at the centre of what we do. They are our primary motivation. We are proud to listen to their views and to promote their opinions loud and clear. Their views will always be reflected in how we work and what we do in the future.
“It is my home and I have lots of people who I count as my family”
